Data Deletion Instruction
We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you would like to have your account and all related data permanently deleted from our systems, please follow the instructions below.
How to request deletion
- By email: Send an email to contact@thewaveuniverse.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please use the same email address that is linked to your account so we can verify your identity.
- Via platform (if you signed in with Facebook/Google): You may also request deletion directly through that platform, which will notify us automatically.
What will be deleted
- Your profile and login information
- Order history and saved preferences
- Uploaded files and activity logs
- Marketing subscriptions (email/SMS)
What may be retained
We may retain certain information if required by law (for example, tax or audit records). Such data will be de-identified whenever possible and automatically purged once no longer legally necessary.
Processing time
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation.
