Shipping & Tracking Information (Important)
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note:
For international shipments, it is normal for tracking updates to be limited for the first 5–7 business days. During this time, your package is:
- In transit to the destination country
- Being processed through customs
- Preparing for handoff to the local carrier
Tracking updates will begin automatically once the package clears customs and enters the local delivery network. This does not indicate a delay — it is a standard part of international shipping.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDP Shipping)
All orders are shipped and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all customs duties and import taxes are already covered by us. You will not be charged additional fees at delivery.
Expected Shipping Time
- United States: 5–14 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe & Other International: 10–20 business days
Customs & Carrier Delays
In rare cases, international shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance, carrier processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. These delays may extend delivery beyond the estimated timeframe listed above.
